Is ArtKeeps free?
ArtKeeps is free to start. There's also an optional ArtKeeps Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your App Store settings.
Who can see my child's artwork?
Only you and the family members you invite. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
How do grandparents and relatives join?
Invite them by email from the app. Invited family can view your child's artwork and join in with reactions and comments.
Do grandparents need ArtKeeps Pro?
No. Family you invite can view your child's artwork and comment on it without a subscription. Inviting family and uploading artwork are the features ArtKeeps Pro controls.
How does ArtKeeps know my child's age?
When you add a child, you enter their date of birth. ArtKeeps uses it to work out their age on every piece you upload, so you can browse their artwork by age.
Is ArtKeeps available on Android?
Not yet. ArtKeeps is available for iPhone on the App Store. You can add artwork straight from your phone's share sheet.
How do I cancel a subscription or delete my account?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel them. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete Account in the app, or use artkeeps.com/delete-account. Your data is removed within 30 days.
